What are the materials of the hose?
1. Metal hose: Metal hose consists of three parts: corrugated pipe, mesh sleeve, and joint. Metal hoses are resistant to corrosion, high and low temperatures, light weight, and good flexibility. Stainless steel hose has good flexibility, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, abrasion resistance, tensile resistance, waterproof performance, and a certain shielding effect, which can be used as a wire protection hose for automatic instrument signals.
3. Corrugated hose: As a flexible pressure resistant pipe fitting installed in liquid transportation systems, it can play a role in vibration reduction and noise reduction, and has high flexibility, anti distortion, good bending performance, wear resistance, acid corrosion resistance, and other characteristics.
4. Plastic hoses: There are two types of plastic hoses, one is completely airtight and watertight, used for propellant delivery of carrier rockets, gas, water heaters, etc; The other type is continuously wound with tape material, and commonly wound corrugated pipes are used to protect cables.
5. Rubber hose: A rubber hose is also known as a steel wire braided hose, which consists of an inner rubber layer, a two-layer steel wire braided interlayer, and an outer rubber layer. Rubber hoses have good flexibility and are suitable for conveying hydraulic fluids.

1、 Reduce the installation stress of the pipeline

According to the pipe size and specific site conditions, the range of cold correction ranges from a few millimeters to tens of millimeters, sometimes even hundreds of millimeters. 3、 Vibration reduction of pipeline system
The metal hose connected to the connecting pipe can not only absorb the noise generated by the vibration of the unit, but also absorb the noise generated by fluid pulsation in the pipeline system, greatly improving the indoor environment. Metal hoses absorb vibration, which not only improves the fatigue failure ability of the system, but also reduces noise. This is why some large buildings use metal hoses in their piping systems.
